Ranjani, a Bachelor of Architecture and graduate of the esteemed School of Architecture & Planning, Anna University, established blueprint in 2004. She takes great pleasure in engaging with clients and exploring new prospects while supervising the design and drawing preparation process.
Her approach to design management is a blend of practicality and creativity, which ensures that each project is aesthetically superior and functionally integrated. With her Council of Architecture registration, Ranjani, worked with her father at Ramanathan & associates, prior to founding blueprint
Sankaranarayanan Seshan
Co-founder, principal architect
Sankaranarayanan Seshan, also a Bachelor of Architecture and a fellow graduate of the School of Architecture & Planning, Anna University, has been an integral part of blueprint since its inception in 2004. With over 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design, project management and engineering. Sankar's focus is on delivering projects that meet or exceed clients's expectations. His profound analytical skills and deep interest in business mathematics allow him to successfully manage all aspects of a project, from team building and construction planning to scheduling, budget analysis, time management, and vendor management.
Sankar has also gained invaluable experience while working on the Jumeira Beach Residences project, a multi- tower residential development, during his stint at Holford Associates, Dubai.
